relaxwithkath: what I offer

I’m Kath and I run relaxwithkath in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas.

I trained as a Relax Kids Coach in May 2014, Story Massage Instructor and Mini Me Yoga/Meditation Ambassador in 2016 and I became licensed to run the GoZen! Anxiety Relief programme in 2017.  I love the work I am doing in schools (Relax Kids and GoZen! Anxiety Relief), privately in the community, with adults/teens and also my 1-2-1 sessions where I bring in Story Massage and Mini Me Meditation.

Relax Kids creates calm confident kids.
Would you love your child/children to have better concentration, listening skills, attention span, confidence and self esteem?

Relax Kids courses in the Basingstoke area give children the chance to build confidence and self-esteem, as well as learn tools and techniques that will set them up for life. Those attending the classes will learn skills that they can use every day, including:

  • How to develop their self confidence
  • How to manage their moods or emotions
  • How to manage stress and anxiety
  • How to increase their brain power
  • How to relax and improve their sleep

The programme is there specifically to help schools prepare children to be ‘brain-ready’ for learning. And by investing a little time will develop children’s ability to become engaged with learning more effectively.

I currently run courses in schools in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. I am happy to work in small groups of up to 10 children or with whole year groups (splitting classes).

Relaxation sessions for Adults in Basingstoke. Come and join our ‘Just Relax’ class for adults and take time out for yourself. Treat yourself to some inner calm, feel the stress melt away, learn how to be mindful, improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, boost your self esteem and aid concentration.

No need to book; just turn up and pay as you go! Or take a look at my monthly online relaxation group which has daily activities/exercises and a longer weekly relaxation session of around 30-40 minutes. All accessed through a Facebook group.

Empowering children. ‘The GoZen! anxiety relief programme’ teaches your child how to understand and control their worry. And because stress, pressure and challenges are part of everyday life, these are skills your child will use forever.

Your child will learn research-based methods to manage worry including: What happens when you worry, why some types of worry are actually good and how to use the good type of worry; How worry affects the body, and what to do about it; How worry affects thinking, creates repetitive, exaggerated thoughts, and what to do about it.

My 1-2-1 sessions incorporate Relax Kids, Mini Me Meditation and Story Massage all in the comfort of your home.  Sessions are arranged at a mutually convenient time (daytime/evenings/weekends)
