So in the last few days I’ve been working on a V-Book (video-book) which has a challenge in for our children. A breathing challenge. The idea is that they spend a set amount of time each day really focusing on their breathing. Just a short time. Week 1 I’m suggesting 30 seconds building up to 5 minutes in week 5. The idea is that children practice every day! Let’s build those good habits!
